The week has started and many of us are having the “Sunday blues”. Well may be we can use this week to revive our, I call it “weekly resolutions” like for example ‘I will start working out next week’. Here is something that might help you to motivate to start moving. According to researches we need to take around 6000 steps for health and 10,000 steps for weight loss. Now how do you keep count of that? Not to worry There is a device called pedometer which senses your body motion and counts your footsteps.so you can wear them all day around every day and you can track your activity throughout the day. The latest ones can even track your pulse and heart rate. Track your steps and keep personal goals and try to achieve it. Don’t overdo it though progress gradually, Dubai wasn’t built in a day! But it involved a lot of persistence and dedication So get that legs moving! Have a good day!
