The weekend begins soon and the weekend is for recreation and play. My observation is that couples who play together stay together. When you play together, you laugh together. Laughter is good for you in many ways. It stimulates falling-in-love hormones, eases stress, and feels good. When was the last time you and your partner played together? How about a pillow fight that ends between the sheets. Or, a squirt gun battle that ends with stripping off wet clothing. Or a rubber duck race in a bath-for-two. Goofy? Perhaps, but I bet it’ll lead to something you won’t think is goofy!
