The workings of the holyspirit, that is the spirit of God to the christian faith is amazing,but the sons of God or the saint of God,including myself,sometimes we dont realize this,the holyspirit is begining to remind me and the church of christ to heed to his dealing concerning our walk with the lord.we recognized God as the creator of all things.we recognized jesus christ as the saviour reconciling falling man back to God,but we many times neglet the place of the holyspirit in our life.though the three are one(same self GOD) But i speak about their office,assignment,operations in the life of men.when anyman experience the newbirth,the holyspirit perform the operation, the circumcision in the heart and bring the conviction to the sinner to trust,believe the finish work of jesus christ on the cross.JESUS CHRIST being the SAVIOUR.But there is a second workings of the holyspirit as promise by the father that will come in the name of Jesus(john 14-26) that same workings is the experience with the 120 at the upper room, the birth of the early church(Acts 1-4:5:8) and (Acts 2-1:4)This second workings empowers us or our inner man to do what God required of us whether reaching the lost or living to please God.we cannot live to please God as his saint on our own without depending on the power of the holyghost that dwell in our inner realm.so as sons of God we must give priority atteention to the holyspirit for we are stiil in his despensation, to always lead,quide,counsel and allow him to do all that God assign him to do in us.(john 16-13. John 14-26)This is were the power is, to live for him.it is not in the hand of man,not in sacrament,not in observing the moon,not in worshiping of angels,not in the flesh,not in the doctrine of men,but in the power of the holyghost residing in the home of our heart.Even paul after his conversion when Ananias lay his hands on him as he obey the instructions giving him by the lord,paul was filled as he experience the baptism into the holyspirit and from that moment he lived his life pleasing God with the help of the holyspirit. Act 9-10:20At one time he obeyed the holyspirit telling him not to go to certain area in Asia.As we walk wit God lets allow the holyspirit that dwel in us do the work of God in us and through us. Some of us may not have experience the baptism into the holyspirit with the evidence of speaking in tonque,some of us also have experience it but we are half full. So we can ask in faith,praying to be filled to the overflowing. luke 11-13.note this,to buttres the power of holy spirit and the important role he plays in our living for God.JESUS,our saviour, while he was on earth to perform his assignment was also baptized in the spirit and immediately that happen from that moment hence forth about his life, was been led by the spirit.mathew 3-16 and mathew 4-1.so lets begin to value the place of the holyspirit in us and allow him to perform all that God we want him do in our life.be blessed.
