The world is made of precious moments and certain things only happen once in a lifetime. My favourite radio announcer eversince was Mr. David Greshman. I would say, Sir David Greshman. Apart from radio programs, he was also a record producer and a great personality. His voice was the best voice I came to find, counting many thousands of hours listening to radio stations in Mozambique and South Africa. I met David Greshman once at the reception of the SABC studios at Aukland Park - Johannesburg. He was stepping out of one the lift entrances. I had enough time to say - I am one of your fans, he thanked me, I was so glad that I went to tell all my family about that episode.
