The worst part about extended supply chains is getting a product from a supplier who relies on others. None of this matters when youre waiting for a fix from us and we do understand the sheer frustration you feel. On these occasions we will compensate customers by removing labour charges and sometimes doing the job at less than the cost of parts. This is our way of saying sorry for letting you down.
