The worst thing these days is to look in magazines. To see the image of what we’re supposed to look like; size zeroes for girls, with big boobs and nice butts and blonde hair and perfect teeth. Abs for boys, with perfect hair and clear skin, the best clothes, unmatched ‘swagger’. None of these ‘ideals’ are realistic. We need to learn, as a society, to be ourselves. To stop the starving. And the over excercise. The insane diets. We need to learn how to accept the way we are; and to embrace it. In case you haven’t heard it to, you’re PERFECT. Just the way you are.
