The year is almost over and yet we,teachers of Cebu Province, are still waiting in vain. The issue on our PBB has escalated our frustration into a level we almost cant bear. We have long been waiting for this- waiting for what should have been released days or even months ago that rightfully belongs to us. Those people who demanded a lot from us- that we have to do this, we have to do that have exhausted all the means just to intentionally and deliberately delay our PBB. They dont have the heart for us who are the front liners of their ever experimental educational circus. This is the scenario, if we take an action that will call the attention of the masses, they will threat us maliciously- okay, go ahead and surely you wont have a job to come back with. But when they inhumanely treat us, there are no laws that will stop them. I believe that we teachers are not idiots not to understand their lame excuses and yet we are so helpless to air our grievances. To some who are saying that we should not let this issue take the center stage of our Christmas and new year celebrations, i am sorry if i have to speak my mind aloud .. its Hypocrisy!!! in the first place, that PBB is intended for us!! it doesnt mean that our eagerness to have it make us materialistic. the issue that i want to raise here is the very long delay. at first they were trying to find loopholes for our disqualification. the issue of the 2013 SAL-N. They almost got us there. when that issue came out, i went right away to COA to seek their opinion about it. you know whats their reaction? Huh??!! ngano gud tawn nga dili mo tigaan kung wala moy SAL-N nga Performance man na. siguro naay deduction ky kuwang ang requirements kung naa man gani SAL-N pero dili intawn na pwede nga dili intawn mo hatagan sir oi! that issue was resolved because we were able to provide them the hard copy of our SAL-N on that year. lately, it seems that we should bear with them because they have been working overtime just to make it up before the year ends. well, thank you!!!!!!! so we should be grateful to you for working over time!!!!!!! whats next? oh, were so sorry, we are doing all our best but the DBM is delaying us.. we are so sorry.... if we only have the authority to do it, then we have already released it to you our dear teachers....huhuhu... i tell you what, you have us helpless and sinners already, please dont make us demons... anyways, just speaking my foolish thinking aloud... HAPPY NEW YEAR MGA KAUBAN SA BUHAT!!!
