Then he should resign and look for another form of employment that doesnt scare him so much. Thats all there is to it. If cops would do their job of arresting REAL criminals, then they wouldnt have to fear doing that job I suspect. Its nice to be concerned about your own safety for sure, but were you concerned about those innocent people that got killed for no reason by your hands as well? They wanted to go home also. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Its a rule we all should think about before trying to kill each other. Peace!
