There are MANY days when I feel like I have totally messed up as a mom. I know, all moms feel this way at some point! (More than wed like to admit.) But then there are other days when I just have to thank God for His promptings that led me to do certain things...like make my kids spread out on a blanket under the stars and just gaze, or put down the hand-held devices as we were in the car on a trip so they could look out the window, or not put in the ear plugs so we could actually talk to each other. Its all starting to come back now, and I just have to shed a few happy tears when they text or call to say Go look at the moon! or The trees up here are beautiful! or Guess what God did today?! Take advantage of every moment you can to show God to your children. Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Deut. 11:19
