There are a lot of outmoded Grammarians in Trinidad and Tobago. They behave like the English Language is static. The English language was always dynamic, changing and expanding and taking in new forms and modern words and phrases. English was a creole language, with many strands -- German, Latin, Greek, Celtic, and other native dialects until an attempt was made to standardize the creole. Now as the world moves on we have incursions of other languages . So cool down your displeasure and try to understand how the language is evolving. Think about what I am advancing.
