There are a lot of things Christians say that makes sense to other Christians, but often means very little to non-Christians. It is not just because we have developed Christian lingo, as this comical video demonstrates (https://youtube/watch?v=7Dxo0Yjno3I), but many times people interpret the Gospel message through their own world views. The Sawi Tribe in Papua New Guinea believed Judas NOT Jesus was the hero of the Bible, when presented the Gospel, due to their own worldview (they interpreted that Jesus was duped by Judas and therefore weaker). In the US, there are many worldviews, experiences, and belief systems that may prevent someone from clearly hearing AND understanding the Gospel message.
