There are bees living on our roof at Moby Dicks! We have two hives with 100,000 bees per hive and have harvested approximately 60kg of honey over the last six months. We decided not to spin the honey upon harvesting - instead, we kept the honeycomb and serve a spoonful with our Boathouse-made yoghurt on each fruit salad that is served in our cafes.
