There are days when I truly wonder if Im retired. Much of what I do some days is really like WORK. These big corporations are causing me stress much like some of my former managers did. I was back on phone with BELL 2xs today (last week on phone with Bell 3x) First, they charged me $199.95 for a new router box. Hell I didnt break the box. The box is still under warranty on my 4 year plan. I went directly to Loyalty Department. Yes they are correcting....crediting my account full amt.. Then a specialist...like that name specialist...Bell Technician returns my call (via email complaint...yes you can complain via email) and again I played the part of Bell Technician. Turn it off, reboot, turn it On. So wants the problem Madam...its working. Needless to say that young man got a earful and a real live bell technician will be at my house on Wed afternoon. On Wed morning is Stove Technician. Yes, my Project Management skills have come in handy. The final KICKER FOR THE DAY I just opened up my Home Insurance Renewal Package and low and behold, they....BelAir will be charging me 3% interest per month for monthly withdrawals. Hell a bank doesnt give 3% interest per month on your balance. So what happened here....years ago they wanted our money fast...so they offered monthly deductions...now they want to make money on my money. What a bunch of DONKEYS!!!!!! Its time for a smooth glass of Scotch to smooth my edges.
