There are important developments in OECD discourses especially on action plan following the document Based Erotion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and ideas to amend OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines. The basic assumptions are transparency and justice. I think by accomodating CBCR (country-by-country reporting) OECD seems walk in the Tax Justice Network path to bringing justice into global debate about taxation. We should awaiting this and more important is by giving them any inputs as our country faces the problem and handicap.
