Me: YES Sixty minutes later the operator is asking me if I have seen any kangaroos today? Where is this nong from? Mumbai, I am told – bloody Mumbai. Have you seen any tigers today, I ask him. I suppose you had one for lunch. Give me strength. I still don’t have a pin number by the way. There is a glitch in their system – which is not the only thing wrong with them
