There are many people working to lose weight. In my humble advice, you shouldnt make weight your focus. If you get too bogged down in the number of pounds, its easy to be discouraged. You shouldnt stalk the scale. I rarely weigh myself, believe it or not. At no point did I set out to lose weight. I just wanted to be HEALTHY. I changed habits and I focus on how I feel and how my clothes feel. In addition to running, I lift weights and I realize that has an impact on my body weight as well. Im not an expert by any stretch but I just want people to stay the course.
