There are many ways that our challengers push us to go over the brink, but look at each attempt from the outside to be able to deal with it in the right way. Never permit yourself to get involved in any attempts from the inside. Our art teaches us to recognize, feel and deal with it the situation in an intuitive manner, so that we can see what the steps are and we can watch and then act instead of react. Meditation in movement is the best way to handle such a situation. We must never allow ourselves to get into a situation that will confuse us in anyway as this is what we are constantly being watched and studied for. Opting to use tactics and strategy instead of physical confrontation is a much better way of handling any situation as it does not leave any evidence. One must be aware that the attempts start the moment we open our eyes till the moment we sleep and even thereafter. Garments will be stained everyday, the moment we clean a room we will find strings, and dirt on the bed or on the window sill and particles that look like dust on polished surfaces. These particles are not dirt they are the particles that breed ants and insects. The room will be warmer than the rest of the house/ apartment or surroundings. The reason is that it is our body heat that is tracked when temperatures are kept low and normal it cannot be tracked. When the body temperature of a martial artist is low the haragei is also heightened and this helps us in knowing a presence even before it can enter into the surrounding with us. This can only be done by practicing physically with full concentration. This is one of the reasons why many of us share the common problem of actually facing obstacles just as we are about to get to a dojo/dasho for practice or we are about to get to work or when we sit in meditation. We must learn to preempt these happenings so that we get used to the pattern for the systematic methods that are used in trying to upset us or push us or place pressure on us of some type or the other. The trick is to avoid sloth and stay as clean as it is practically possible. Some challengers are clingers but we bathe and we stay clean they cannot cling to us. When we practice the challengers do not come near us. When we meditate and are still is the time that they actual attempts are made to disrupt us. Consciousness is when we are deep into the sub conscious during meditation but we are awake internally. All people have a defensive block it is only the degree of the strength that is different. In martial artists the defensive block that we have mentally is strong and difficult for challengers to penetrate. In ninjas it is at the highest level and impossible to penetrate. We as martial artists must use our mental ability of defensive block which has been given to us by nature and the Creator of all species in the Universes. Our challengers and those who try to dominate us using mind control do not have a a mental defensive block hence they are highly strung emotionally, unstable mentally and prone to frequent bursts of strange behaviors. Our challengers have the ability to vibrate at high frequencies that the human eye cannot see and see only what is projected as an image, this high frequency vibrations keep their minds fluid because of the high frequency vibrations. This is the reason why they do not have a mental defensive block. When they try to enter the mind of a martial artist or the mind of a ninja it boomerangs on them because of their own frequency and they become dizzy, lose control of themselves, break cutlery and crockery, go burning clothes, staining clothes and cannot behave in a rational manner. Their only way to get back to normal is through an act of violence irrational talk, or going into depression. The reason is that the frequency with which the challengers try to enter our minds ,to put the control mechanism and the action into place- enters their own fluid mind that has no defensive block. This drives them to go over the brink. We must practice seriously and with faith that it is our art that gives us the blessing to go forward each day, to remove obstacles and move towards a life of peace, prosperity and happiness.
