There are many ways to stay motivated on your goals. So what if you fell off the wagon and didnt reach your goal. No one has even done something an succeeded on the first try. Thats why its called trial and error. The worst thing you can do is doubt yourself. Look back on your life see all the struggles you have gone through and have surpassed. Dieting and working out is no different. Ive had so many ups and downs in my life, some im still going through but i never let that stop me. So thank the friend that pushed you, helped you get your flow back. An thank those that you looked at as a motivation to do things better than yesterday...
