There are many ways u can quantify development ? But to me Its simply creating the enabling environment for investments and well being of the citizens, it could be in terms of job creation, power supply, good road network, pipe borne water, security,health care, etc. The government may have done a lot, but its simply too far below expectation, compared with states created the same time with Anambra. Its a pity
