There are more than enough Sabahans that can fill all teaching job - TopicsExpress

There are more than enough Sabahans that can fill all teaching job requirements in Sabah. The problem is there is a silent quota by directive of Malaya to fill these positions with Malays from Malaya. There is a hidden agenda to indoctrinate Sabahans to the culture of Malayans. These are facts I have heard from a reliable source. Although, I cannot prove it because it is a hidden agenda, you can clearly see it. Just as the saying goes, by their fruits you will know the truth. Just like you cannot see the wind, but you can see the effect of the wind. The same goes with this Malayas agenda to inculcate an inferior and bias form of education to our children. Its basically a cultural bias. Our children are basically exposed to an inferior form of culture where they could not perform in an innovative or creative level. Part of a Ketuanan Malay agenda to render our children marginal. Look at the children of Israel and America, they are constantly challenged to be creative. How many patents have Malaysia produced? Very few if almost non-existence are produced by Malays. To be fair to Malays there are many Malay geniuses but because of indoctrination their level of creativity has been hampered. Now they are bringing the same set of mindset to our children. We want our children to grow up progressive in thought like children living in countries like Singapore, South Korea and Israel. With the Malay mindset we are again left with marginalization. These are painful words to a Malay, but practically why leave out Sabahans who can do a better job in teaching. There are plenty of Chinese graduates, Momogun graduates and Sabahan Malay graduates that can easily fill these teaching jobs. Why need to get 70% slot for Malayans? Isnt it quite obvious what their real motivations are. What about all those Sabahans graduates from UMS? I have met a couple of Momoguns who got a job in private schools as teachers but could not get a job from the government. What does that tell you? Graduates can easily become teachers with just a semester of teaching seminar. If they say there is not enough Sabahans qualified that is just bull crap. If I am the Minister of Education such vacancies will be filled within six months. We Sabahans need to think outside the box and not just simply accept there explanation of things. They are bias, most and foremost! We Sabahans are taken for a ride since long ago from the time of Harris Salleh. There are many ways to produce great teachers, and they are producing teachers for the wrong reasons.
