There are no peaceful Muslims. Many practice the first stage of Jihad, Ouran Sura 73:10 Have patience with what they say, and leave them with noble (dignity). then when in power Surah 2:191 Slay them wherever ;ye catch them and turn them out from where they have turned you out. There are many more that could be quoted, but these two give you the idea. They will be nice and seem to conform but are just waiting. In the interim, they will financially support the fighting jihadist with donations to Muslim Charaties who in turn finance the fighting today.
