There are no question of Suu Kyis devotion and commitment to the cause of human dignity and equality in the past, few prominent rights activists can mirror of her greatest sacrifice. But her recent silence on the issue of the plight of Myanmars Muslim minority and the rise of radicalization of some of the Bud-dist monks have put some of her longtime supporters at unease. Human rights and human dignity are empowered to all, regardless of religions, ethnicity and beliefs, and She should have no problem to understand this universal principle. She had been incarcerated for more than 2 decades for her standing of the very principle that she has hold the belief that the people of Myanmar should deserve a better place in the world, and deserve some sort of respect and dignity The world is awaiting for Suu Kyi to speaking up and standing up for all Burmese, not just few chosen ones. Anything less then that, it will compromise of her position and will cast a great shadow over her commitment to a truly human rights cause
