There are people in the world who stay busy. They work hard, come home and do more and only rest when they lay their head on the pillow at night. When they see people who are doing little or nothing at all, they sometimes get frustrated and judgmental. They wonder why those people do nothing and how it’s not fair. However, God created us all different. Some appear to be busy. Some do not. But it is not our place to judge because as long as we are focused on God, He knows what we are doing is His will. Luke 10:40 “But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, ‘Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.’” (NLT) Dear Lord, we sometimes judge too quickly those who appear to be doing nothing. We stay busy running here and there trying to get things done and it seems they sit while we do the work. We may feel like it’s not fair to us but in reality we don’t really know what they are doing for You. We can’t judge by someone’s actions or inactions. Help us to continue to focus on doing Your will and not be judgmental to those who are not as active as we are. In Jesus’ name. Amen
