There are people who think Obama is a Muslim . I know some of them. They get their information from sources not available to most of us. They offer their sources to me for their beliefs and I check them out. Their sources are far right loonies who make it up to suit themselves quoting false and nonsensical fact as of it were gospel from The bible ( the greatest fairy story of them all). They e mail this poisonous pap to each other and then because they lack analytical ability, they surely do become believers. They hate Jews too,more than they hate Muslims because they know for a fact that the elders of Zion control the world. But they hate the Muslims too because they are living next door and wearing funny clothes and cutting off good Christian heads and raping children for fun. They know this because the same dog eared documents pass around the social media for decades. I was once asked to comment on a 10 year old animal cruelty video. The person who asked me was enraged that I told them that it was past action. But the despicable need people to despise. The bull headed London foul mouthed bully who gets drunk and headbutts or stabs complete strangers for a laugh or money,becomes a patriot at the sight of a Pakistani woman in a Hijab. All of a sudden that piece of bawling drunken scum becomes an upholder of Britishness. He is the the Uks equivalent of the American hillbilly . Stupid drunk and racist. He draws his information from the same well of utter ignorance as his counterparts all over the world. And we listen to it every day in every belligerent argument based on malicious hearsay. A man or woman tells them so and they believe it. If it exists in print in a book or magazine and they want to believe it, they will quote it chapter and verse without checking it out. If the facts disagree with their belief they ignore the facts. They drink from contaminated wells but instead of dying they merely rot internally and spread the rot to other charlatans who wrap themselves in tawdry flags ! Douglas Timmins 2014
