There are power outages in various locations throughout San Angelo. The issue is the result of a traffic crash that occurred in the 3700 block of S. Jackson near Knickerbocker Rd. SAPD Traffic asked for your help in notifying the public to please avoid Knickerbocker to S. Bryant/and S Bryant to Ave L & N because traffic signals are not functioning. We would like the public to avoid these areas if at all possible. If drivers must travel through the area, they are advised to treat all intersections as 4 Way Stops. We are also asking to relay that citizens refrain from calling 911 or non-emergency dispatch to report a power outage. It is crucial that we keep emergency lines open for true emergencies.
