There are strong indications that efforts of the Federal Government to ensure amicable settlement of issues surrounding the $9.3m seized by South Africa have failed. From all indication, Presidency have some skeleton in its cupboard and if that is proven to be true, then the CAN presidents involvement needs to be thoroughly checked (forget all the excuses being thrown around by CAN, its president and his followers/lovers/mentee).
