There are three kinds of friends or groups of people in your life . All you need is the ability to differentiate between these groups of people. These include;1 PAST FRIENDS 2 PRESENT FRIENDS 3 FUTURE FRIENDS PAST FRIENDS are those who have grown up with you they know your strength and weakness and are always dragging you to the past. They tell you that our relationship has taken a number of years even when they keep hurting you and continue that the new friends do not know and understand you. Some have got a lot of familiarity even if God has lifted you. It is hard for them to honor the anointing of the lord upon your life or to respect you when youre their boss. At times they are full of criticism because they do not know when and how you had an encounter with God. I can imagine how Sauls friends a former persecutor of the church reacted when he became Paul. PRESENT FRIENDS: They are part of your life for just a moment or season. God may bring some one in your life for only a while for example to comfort you while youre hurting, to seal a business deal to feed you like the ravens fed Elijah and some may be like that temporally plant that provided shelter for Job and was latter eaten by a worm. At times these are comfortable with the level you have attained they keep you in the comfort zone and add that it is okay for you to be at that level. As long as you are still providing for them they will celebrate you. Some of them I will term as leaches a leach depends on an animals blood for survival. These people are not part of your destiny and if you are not focused they will weigh you down with their problems since they see you as their source and not God. As long as your still providing for them they will celebrate you Some relationships are just for the present and in case of any disappointment these friends help in pushing you to another level which makes the relationship that was between Hannah and Peninah beneficial on Hannahs side because the provoking made her seek God until she got Samuel. These friends are also a tree shade when it is shining heavily and a shelter from the heavy rain. All you have to do is to learn how to let go and move on because seasons change. FUTURE FRIENDS; They see another picture of you and not the present limitations. These kinds of people are hard to find because they speak the truth they have no pampering language and are a must have. Such a kind speak into your destiny and see greatness on your inside and over look your wrongs. And continually care about your destiny, dream or future than the relationship. This friend will not mind about hurting your feelings today because they do not want you to become comfortable and settle for less. Finally they add value to your life.
