There are truly some wonderful people in this world- I experienced that first hand today. I was so upset and stressed out today after leaving Freedom Park (Harrison wanted to try skateboarding and I have found out the hard way what a dangerous sport this is) and tried to cheer the boys up by taking them through the drive thru of McDonalds for ice cream. They were mad and screaming because I made them leave the park after Weston attempted to go down a high-rise skateboard ramp with no helmet, much less no experience! When pulling up for my order, the young guy working told me the lady in the van ahead of me paid for our order! Wow- I didnt know her, she didnt know me- just a sweet gesture from a kind- hearted person. That has made my day and I am grateful for kindness and good deeds in this evil world. I always try to be kind to people but I vow to help someone this week- God stepped in at the right time and I needed that. I hope you, my friends, will consider doing the same for a stranger as well- and also, dont let your kids skateboard! ;)
