There are two clearly different approaches to managing the countrys finances. The Conservatives appear to be planning to continue cutting government expenditures, generate a surplus next year and cut taxes for certain groups. The Liberals will boost funding to education and health, and to build infrastructure that supports the economy and generate employment...but no tax cuts. If you dont know of him, Ralph Goodale is a Liberal MP from Saskatchewan, and the attached article obviously comes down on the side of the partys approach. In fairness, we need to find the Conservative, NDP and Green positions...if you know where they are, please post in the comments.
