There are two justice systems in this country. One is for Uhurus supporters and henchmen and another for everyone else. I lodged a case with Central Police Station and wrote a statement. The case of Moses Kuria planning to kill me. When police didnt act, I wrote to the DPP who requested for an update from the Police. The Police (David Kimaiyo) wrote to the DPP claiming that; 1. I never wrote a statement after reporting the case 2. No file was opened in the case 3. The FEMALE investigating officer was uncooperative. Seeing this case vs other cases, I think that the DPP and police boss are taking Kenyans for granted with their selective application of the law. The Investigating officer in my case is not a female but a male. I wrote a statement and police opened a file in this case. It is wrong for the police to selectively apply the law. It is just wrong but I wont tire.
