There are two reasons I can think of why the Government cannot post them as soon as possible: 1) All the Government hospitals are loaded with doctors. 2) The Government cannot afford to pay them. The real truth is that probably we have too many doctors already. No one wants to leave govt service since now it is time-based promotion. Goyang kaki pun gaji tetap naik. But we are still being forced to increase the intake of medical students at IPTA.
