There are two ways to make reportages from zone of conflict.To work for huge media and be well paid to take the risk.Or to go there because you care. Its even more unusual to do it from Bulgaria, where just a few will be interested to read about Middle East and arab culture. Yet, Ruslan Trads nomination for Human of the year 14 its fact.... About him: I met him at first, because a friend of mine is from Diyarbekir,Turkey and I was searching some info about the problems of local Kurdish population with Turkish governement there.Ruslan is a journalist and founder of Forum for Arab culture. I was impressed that he went in Diyarbakir by himself to check the situation.Since then I follow him and his publications- about arab culture,problems in Middle East,humanitarian aid for refugees.Now,he went to Erbil,Iraq to write another great story... Nomination: Of course, you need courage to make reportages from war zones or zones of conflict.You need to be great humanitarian to organize refugee help.To be erudite to propagandize a culture.Most of all- its difficult to live in a small country, like Bulgaria, but be real part of the world.
