There comes a time in the life of new every band when questions of longevity and sustainability are asked. Although music is becoming increasingly accessible, it is still the large record labels that dominate the charts and, more importantly, the money!!! A lack of financial resource means that bands like Fighting Caravans need to become self-sufficient; sourcing their own gigs, recording their own music and promoting themselves amongst a sea of other independent acts. Despite this, FC continue to move from strength to strength and plans for 2015 include many festival appearances, a debut EP and one or two European dates. Although this is something that excites the band immensely, it is also something that requires lots of hard work and dedication; sometimes there just arent enough hours in the day... It is at this point we would like to offer you the opportunity to contribute to the success of Fighting Caravans. Whether you have specialised talents in photography, music, IT or youve just got a few hours to spare to help out at gigs etc. you would be very much appreciated and be contributing to any success we have as a band.
