There could be some changes to college entrance exams for students in Michigan. Since 2007, high school juniors have taken the #ACT, but now they will take the #SAT thanks to a multi-million dollar contract with Michigans College Board. According to U.S. News and world report, students applying to Midwest schools took the ACT, while those applying to west and east coast schools took the SAT. But now, most places equal weight on either -- although the tests do differ, with the ACT testing in science, which is absent in the SAT. And the SAT assesses reasoning ability, while the ACT focuses more on strict knowledge. The contract still need approval by the state, but if passed would go into effect in 2016. What do you think about the potential college entrance exam changes? Its tonights #Feedbackat5.
