There has been a slowly escalating spree of attacks on Jews in Jerusalem and elsewhere. This has been going on since the war this past summer. About a year ago there was a spree of attacks against Jewish motorists in Judea and Samaria. The army did not try to stop it. It eventually escalated with the kidnapping of the 3 boys, which finally brought a crackdown on Hamas, which in turn led to the recent war in Gaza. Will the Israeli govt crack down now, or will it wait until things escalate so much that a massive crackdown is needed, perhaps causing a major counter-offensive by the terrorists? We can pay the price now, or we can pay a higher price later. Those are the only two options. Hat tip: Rona Mizrachi
