There has been an order made for my case that my son will be returned to my care in 3 and a half months after a 7 month battle and during this time access will be increased as he will be integrated back in my care. The other day i was talking about visits with my worker as i should have unsupervised access by now especially since its been court ordered to integrate him back into my care. And she is saying they arnt going to approve unsupervised for at least another month, and if n when they do it will only be for maybe an hour, but im having 6 hour visits twice a week already but supervised, i mentioned this doesnt make sense as an appropriate increase in access to when he will be home full time and she says to me that no im not correct in thinking he will for sure be coming home because they could have concerns down the road. This has made me so upset because i finally thought its court ordered he will be coming home and this will all be over with, and now it seems like when the time comes for him to come home they are just gonna bring up something else to keep him, my question is can and will they do this, has anyone else gone through an order like this and got their children back? Please help! :/
