There has got to be a better way to deal with metals impacted soils the disposal or even remediation/fixation at sites. For instance, lead resources are estimated to run out in 42 years. What if we had a facility in or near LA that could take lead impacted soil and separate out the lead to meet growing global need? Its a lot better than puttig it in a landfill in Arizona or Utah where it will be mixed with methylethyl death and forgotten.
