There is ONE subject that Bernie and I dont agree upon. In practice, of course, but not theoretically. The #1 thing we must do is put an end to the private international banking cartel that creates money from debt; this is what drives up inflation and makes wages increasingly more difficult to live upon. If we didnt have inflation, minimum wage would be a non-issue. The same gold coin that paid for a toga, belt and slipper 4000 years ago would also pay for a suit, tie and shoes today. Hence the intrinsic value of goods and service output has not changed; it is the value of fiat currency, created from debt that is the problem.
