There is a government parastatal in this country Kenya y the noun KERIO VALLEY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY. One would pose, ponder and wonder why a public agency would be managed by a rogue person with insatiable voracity for public coffers as is now! It is in public domain that the managing director, a Mr DAVID KIMOSOP, was an active politician under the CORD umbrella and only relinquished his ambition for a governors’ position in his county upon landing on his current job. Kimosop discovered a gold mine of all ages! With this plumb job, he came to hire and fire at will (at best his kin and affiliates), award contracts for kickbacks, earn Per Diem round the clock, entertain the political leadership at the expense of KVDA, use vehicles for personal use… and so on. He has gone ahead to announce fictitious programs/projects which in non-existent in reality. A nuclear plant, fertilizer factory, Sugarcane plantations in Turkana/Pokot counties, Billions worth of investment etc. Any focus oriented leader would appreciate that Mr. Kimosop is in KVDA to square a cut otherwise equivalent or higher opportunity cost for a governors’ job. This is a shame to the Jubilee Government. Any tell this insensitive government!!! Shame!!
