There is a lot of gossip and now slanderous remarks about me posted on Facebook. Whatever is being written about me has nothing to do with Diamonds in the Ruff, which is operated in a very professional and ethical way. We have brought great success in the short time we have been in existence, allowing us to rescue 58 dogs since March 1, 2014 and adopt 37 of those dogs to their forever homes. We have devoted ourselves to rescuing the most unwanted dogs, those who are old, very sickly and unwanted by the world in general. But with compassion, medical care and training, we have been successful in finding wonderful, compassionate people who have adopted these precious dogs so that they can live out their lives being loved. We don’t take a salary or use any of the donations for ourselves; only for the dog food, spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, medical needs, transportation, and rehabilitative medical care for our dogs and we ask for nothing else in return except that look of peace and contentment when they are adopted by the wonderful people who are such an integral and important part of the Diamonds in the Ruff family. This will be the only posting regarding anything personal, because we’re getting back to focusing on the dogs. Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Erica
