"There is a problem with those championing increased NSA surveillance. All those in office, Congress, the military, the courts, all have taken an oath of office where they pledge, under oath, to defend and support the United States Constiution. All those who have supported and violated the 4th Amendment have violated that pledge. If as a nation we can not trust those charged with championing freedom as defined in the United States Constitution then who can we trust? Ameicans, and a world that looks to America for guidance, are faced with some very hard evidence that the trust implicit in the Constitution and the oaths taken by those who lead this country are just words spoken to gain power and not words spoken in trust and allegiance to the American people and the most basic tenets of freedom. No matter where you stand on this issue you should at least pause and reflect on what freedom really means to you." James Carraway, Criminal Defense Attorney
