There is a reason that I fly Delta. I am sitting in the United terminal. The plot is 35 min late to even show up for the flight. The attendant just shrugs. No telling where he is. I know he is local, she says. No customer service. No follow up. No concern for the delay, the customers or the inconvenience. Nada. The flight info still shows as on time, though we should have boarded 40 minutes ago and taken off 10 minutes ago. Grrr.
