There is a retired dentist who lives about a mile from Oakbourne and he and I have struck up something of a friendship. He is wheelchair bound and rides around on a scooter. Hes 85 years old has emphysema and is diabetic and yet he is still full of whiz and vinegar. He makes me feel good because he calls me boy! Its been a hell of a long time since anyone has called me boy! Hes quite a pistol and I enjoy our visits a great deal! God bless our old folks and if the truth be known I guess those my age or on the verge of being old folks!
