There is a small (free) car park at the Mulberry end of Goring, between the Verandah café and the little post office. Its great for the local shops. The council are going to close it because they say its surface is so bad it is a health and safety issue. It needs resurfacing and they dont have the money. The café is running a petition to get the council to prioritise it so that local businesses dont suffer and we dont lose a useful short term free car park. If youd like to help save it, the café and possibly the other shops would be glad of your signature. I think its worth fighting for.
