There is always a good and a bad. Its best to start with the good. Makes the bad a little more bearable. The good: Ive been racking my brain to figure out a way to get my legs to do something so that I dont loose too much strength. Bodyweight stuff is good but its not enough to stave off strength lose. I think I figured it out though. And please, no comments on what I should or should not be doing. Im being safe and doing what I should. This is great news, allow me to enjoy it. The bad: One of the pins holding this thing on has shifted or something. Every time I smile, it hurts. If I laugh, instant pain. Luckily, Im going to get it fixed tomorrow.
