There is an agent in Charleston by the name of Joanne Tyler Harwell with Coldwell Banker United. She scheduled a 9am inspection at my clients home two Fridays ago and didnt leave until 8:30pm. My clients were livid. She then told me she needed to do THREE-FOUR more follow-up, inspections. We denied it and told them to do them all at once. After completing the approved inspection, She then showed up the following morning at 8am (while my clients wife was home just waking up) with contractors climbing all over the house. Shes sent multiple belligerent emails and several MLS inaccuracies. I told her that she was not to visit that home again without my express permission and that she was to stop playing games to which she responded with (Lords name in vain = GD), Bryan no one else stands up to you and I will. I AM CALLING ON COLDWELL BANKER UNITED, REALTORS TO FIRE THIS AGENT. How do I get her to stop harassing me and what can we do to stop agents like this from plaguing our business? I really just want her to go away and deal with her broker (but she wont stop).
