There is an ominous black cloud on the horizon. Slowly, silently, like a thief in the night it approaches. Gathering strength at each passing moment, heading for an unsuspecting people who have long since forgotten or forsaken his capacity for judgment He silently moves forward. Though he agonizes in heart about this, he simply cannot deny himself, he must judge sin. He paid to steep of a price to deliver men from it. As this drama plays out, he looks to the ones who call themselves The Voice of one crying in the Wilderness. The remaining remant church of Jesus Christ who has held fast to the tenets and the pillars of the foundation laid by Jesus Christ. The ones who have not married the world and not tried to rewrite the Christian faith out of political compromise. Who dont spend their time in religious infighting and spiritual civil wars which are nothing but instruments of division within us and obstacles of ones who seek the truth. Who cry out day and night for more of his presence in their lives. Who seek his coming to take them out of this miserable, corrupt, and fallen world. Who pray day and night for the sweeping winds of revival to awaken this once spiritual giant and renew the name of Jesus Christ to his place of preeminence in the hearts of his people and to those who seek and search for the light of his salvation. Who have not forsaken their call and held fast to the truth of his word, even in dark and difficult times. Who constantly talk about him and not themselves. Who dont flood their lives with silly slogans, meaningless metaphors and tired pop pyschology, but have the word of God deep in their hearts until it has become a part of them. Who hold its truths as the absolute truth of mans destiny in eternity. Who drown out the impulses from their cell phones, tablets, computers, and televisions and hold fast to human interaction and relational dynamics as a source of strength and growth when not in the presecne of God. To those who have remained faithful to his righteous cause and to the doctrine which is according to godliness, and to the ones who see this evil world for exactly what it is; he will appear in the midst of this dark cloud as a bright and shining light to offer hope and redemption by their faith. Even so come quickly......
