There is going to be a program at Ablekuman Joma a festival I should say. If you are Accra you ll remember that the chief of Ablekuman Joma Sariki MUSAH NSO {akatamanso} THE HUMBLE LION. was made chief of the of Joma in February this year, Joma is an Islamic community so is known as zongo. On that day the national chief imam sheik OSMAN NUHU SHARIBUTU was there the mp for ablekuman ,mp for bongo mp for builsa north and others almost all the Northerners were represented with their dancing groups. On that day the chief commission a mosque, and a school for the community, come next year February there will be a one year celebration which after it will stay as festival for the people of Ablekuman Joma. The chief is putting up a clinic for the community with his own money it may not be complete by February but, it has started. Chief and people of Ablekuman Joma are appealing to the general public for support in cash or kind to complete the clinic. Come February the program will be very big because all the northern groups the dancer the drummers and the musician are all going to be there including other high profile personalities. So this February if you are from north or even from the south the place to be is Ablekuman Joma may be it has be been long you visited home to be part of your festival, you can have your festival here in Accra Ablekuman Joma.
