There is more than 1 way to skin a cat! In strongman competitions we often see Log Floor to Overhead for reps within a set time limit. Probably one of my favourite events! Ive seen a variety of techniques and tried all of them. The technique below is still new to me so still getting used to it but is by far the quickest. Another benefit would be it keeps your shoulders/triceps from fatiguing as quickly as it is more about leg drive and timing #winning
