There is no better life than that of a traveling singer (except when one is home with ones darling). Stopped into a small hotel on the way to Williamsburg. Had a fine seafood dinner and everyone in the place ended up sitting around swapping stories for a couple hours. My waiter turned out to be a musician who is going to school for an entertainment business degree (and plays guitar, harmonica, banjo, dulcimer, and accordion). We ended up doing a song afterwards. I believe Frank Capra said something like, A friend is a gift you give yourself. Tis true!
